You'll work 5 days on and 2 off, giving you the balance you need while making an impact every night.As our Evening Property Maintenance Technician, you'll start each shift with a thorough inspection of assigned properties to ensure cleanliness and safety. Your responsibilities include removing debris, operating maintenance sweeper vehicles, and addressing safety hazards. Collaborating with your team, you'll help maintain a secure environment for residents and visitors.
