AIR values relationships and the benefits from working side by side with teammates, therefore this position will be in-office 5 days a week to support the team.Job DescriptionWe are hiring a Finance Manager to join our West Operations Team in Irvine, CA who will:Prepare, review, and analyze critical Operations Finance data to increase revenue and minimize costs.Diagnose complex situations, and present possible solutions to business leaders..Responsible for guiding regional leaders on financial performance, providing direction and support for maintaining budget responsibility.Participate in monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and multi-year strategic planning.Tackle challenging problems in support of company financial and analytics disciplines (i.e. FP&A, Capital Planning, Revenue Management, Decision Support, Acquisitions).Assist with analysis related to significant transactions such as property sales, acquisitions and capital expenditures.Keys to SuccessEnergized and Resilient: You are optimistic, and display a positive attitude. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent. At least 3 to 5 years of experience in Finance and Operations. Real Estate experience is a plus. Strong financial acumenStrong data modeling experienceStrong business writing skillsExperience with SQL Server and databases is a plusAdditional InformationAIR offers attractive total compensation packages designed to recognize and reward performance at the individual, team and company levels.
