Duties / Responsibilities Drive all aspects of kitchen operations and maintain consistently high standards of produce. Assist in the recruitment and training of all junior members of staff. Daily stock control and ordering. Responsible for KPI targets such as GP%, environmental health issues; in the head chef’s absence report all targets to management. Skills / Experience Experience in a similar role, ideally of at least one year. Self‑disciplined, organised and an effective communicator. Confidence and leadership to inspire and motivate a team.
