OPERATIONS SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Description Location: Hybrid | Pensacola, Florida Area Required Employment Type: Full Time Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour, starting, plus benefits Position Summary Resicum International, LLC is seeking an organized and dependable Operations Support Specialist to provide administrative and operational support for our government contracting operations. This position supports employee onboarding, travel coordination, documentation, records management, logistics, payroll and expense documentation, vendor coordination, and general program support. Key Responsibilities Coordinate CONUS and OCONUS employee travel, lodging, and travel documentation. Assist with new hire onboarding and Paylocity requirements. Maintain accurate employee, travel, payroll, security, and program records. Track administrative actions and follow up on outstanding requirements. Prepare shipping and logistics documentation for company property. Coordinate with vendors and internal departments. Provide general administrative and operational support to management and program personnel. Requirements Required Qualifications Must be located in the Pensacola, Florida area. Ability to work in a hybrid environment. Previous experience in administration, operations, personnel support, program support, logistics, or a similar role. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Ability to handle sensitive company and employee information professionally. Military Experience Preferred Veterans are strongly encouraged to apply, especially those with S-Shop or staff section experience . Preferred military experience includes: 42A Human Resources Specialist Military-equivalent MOS experience Experience supporting S-1, S-2, S-3, S-4, S-6, or similar staff sections is highly desirable. An exact MOS match is not required. Transferable military experience demonstrating strong organizational, administrative, communication, and operational skills will be considered. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting U.S. Government contracts or Department of Defense programs. Experience with CONUS and OCONUS employee support or travel coordination. Experience with Paylocity, QuickBooks, or similar systems. Experience with government contracting documentation or project administration. Location Requirement Candidates must be located in the Pensacola, Florida area and able to work in a hybrid environment. This position is not intended for candidates located outside the Pensacola area.
