Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality treatment under the supervision of the Physical Therapist in an outpatient environment.
• Help patients achieve functional goals through evidence-based practices.
• Establish strong relationships with patients to enhance their care experience.
• Communicate patient progress and clinical updates to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing clinic atmosphere.

Qualifications

Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements:

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant or eligibility to obtain licensure in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• A desire to develop clinically and contribute to a high-performing team.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation: $26 - $30 per hour, inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability coverage, paid continuing education, and a 401(K) plan with a 4% employer match.
