As an Associate Manufacturing Technician - 2nd Shift, you will be part of the manufacturing operations supporting production and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Associate Manufacturing Technician - 2nd Shift-Onsite Location: Miami, FL Pay Range: $24.20 2nd shift What's the Job? Execute the daily production schedule for changeovers, reviews, or packaging using manual and automated processes. Follow standard operating procedures and good document practices to ensure quality and compliance. Work independently and collaboratively to complete all assigned manufacturing tasks daily. Understand and carry out instructions provided in written, oral, or diagram form with accuracy. Communicate status updates effectively to department Leads and Supervisors to ensure smooth operations. What's Needed? At least 1-2 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment. Basic math skills to perform measurements and calculations accurately. Ability to stand, walk, and handle objects or tools regularly throughout the shift. Physical capability to lift and move up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Strong attention to safety protocols and willingness to work near moving mechanical parts and hazardous chemicals with proper PPE. What's in it for me?
