Lead End User Network Engineer

Cisco ISE / Aruba Network Engineer

This role owns Tier 3 operational support for campus networking, including wired, wireless, and authentication technologies that directly impact end users across Vanguard sites.

• Support and troubleshoot complex end-user network incidents
• Work closely with Engineering teams during transitions to ensure monitoring, alerting, and NOC readiness
• Educate and mentor S1/S2 analysts on campus and wireless troubleshooting
• Participate in major incident calls involving end-user connectivity issues
• Act as Tier 3 escalation for:
• Cisco wired switching
• Cisco ISE / ICE (802.1X, authentication)
• Aruba wireless
• ClearPass authentication
