Accountant Clerk
$19.92 per hourKAUAI ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY INC
- Under the supervision of the Accountant, process accounts payables and receivables, and maintain the agency equipment infventory.
- Prepare, maintain and file accounts receivables, payables, reports and forms.
- Verify, process, and deposit daily cash receipts.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders, payments, and travel related matters.
- Verify and process invoices.
- Maintain and issue agency equipment, supplies
- Conduct and record annual phusical equipmet inventory at varius sites.
- Greet and assist clients, staff, and vendors
- Attend training classes, workshops, and meetings
- Perform other duties as required
- 19 hour/week position
