We're looking for someone who notices when something needs attention and takes initiative. The right person is comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities, managing a running to-do list, and shifting between projects throughout the day. One moment you might be preparing for a team lunch, the next organizing office supplies, supporting a new employee set up, or coordinating a building maintenance request.

Preferred qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university program
• Customer service, hospitality, retail, event coordination, administrative, student leadership, or office experience preferred
• Passion for helping people and contributing to a positive workplace experience
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on commitments
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to jump in wherever needed
• Enjoys working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment

Primary responsibilities:

• Welcome visitors, guests, and employees in a professional and friendly manner
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked office environment
• Assist with vendor management, inventory management, and supply purchasing
• Support onboarding preparations, including workspace setup, office tours, access requests, and new hire materials.
• Assist with workspace moves, desk setups, phones, and office equipment.
• Work with third party technology support vendor to address issues with office and telephone equipment
• Coordinate and manage accommodation for out-of-town business guests
• Coordinate team lunches, celebrations, employee events, and engagement activities.
• Assist with the setup and preparation of meetings and office gatherings.
• Help create a welcoming and enjoyable office environment for team members and guests.
• Support executive team by assisting with various projects and requests as they arise
• Address team member inquiries and requests as needed.
