Human Resources Generalist

We're hiring an HR Generalist for a fully onsite opportunity supporting all aspects of Human Resources, including employee relations, recruiting, benefits, leave administration, and HR compliance while working as part of a collaborative HR team. Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and new hire orientation Support employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes Administer benefits, FMLA, leave of absence, and workers' compensation programs Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies Maintain employee records, HRIS data, and confidential HR documentation Assist with payroll support, HR reporting, and audits Partner with managers on employee coaching, policy interpretation, and HR best practices Qualifications 2–4 years of Human Resources Generalist experience Bachelor's degree preferred Experience with employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, and performance management Experience administering benefits, FMLA, and leave of absence programs Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance Experience working with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality #J-18808-Ljbffr London Approach
