Regional Sales Manager

A growing organization in the material handling and storage solutions industry is seeking an experienced Regional Sales professional to drive growth across its Canadian sales territory. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets Identify and pursue new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and market development Build and maintain long-term customer relationships by understanding needs and delivering tailored solutions Manage customer activity, pipeline, and sales performance through CRM systems Deliver engaging sales presentations and product/solution demonstrations to customers and key stakeholders Travel approximately 30–50% throughout the assigned territory Qualifications: 3+ years of industrial equipment sales experience Must have strong experience selling through distributors Material handling industry experience strongly preferred Proficiency with CRM systems, CAD software, Microsoft Excel, and Word Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Ability to confidently present to and educate large groups #J-18808-Ljbffr JMJ Phillip Group
