Buffalo, NY | In-Office | ~30% Travel | $100K + Bonus

We are seeking a  National Channel Sales Manager responsible for developing and growing distributor sales in line with company objectives. Based in  Buffalo, NY , this role reports to the  General Manager

You will support the existing distributor network, working side by side with the Distribution Account Manager, while creating and cultivating a new network to expand reach throughout North America and secure national accounts.

What You’ll Do

• Grow distributor sales by expanding existing accounts and identifying and converting new distribution partners across North America.
• Develop and execute market-entry strategies for new regions and product lines.
• Build strong relationships with distributors and key customers, providing sales support, product expertise, and coaching.
• Own distributor performance, including sales targets, lead pipelines, pricing, forecasts, budgets, and activity tracking through CRM and ERP systems.
• Analyze market trends and data to identify growth opportunities and prioritize target markets.
• Lead regular distributor meetings, presentations, and field visits while providing face-to-face customer support.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports and 3–6 month sales forecasts.
• Attend trade exhibitions and travel approximately 30% as required.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of previous channel sales experience.
• Experience in a  mechanical, commercial, or industrial environment preferred .
• Mechanical or mathematical aptitude is a plus.
• Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to think innovatively and work independently and within a team.
• Ability to plan and direct initiatives for growth.
• Excellent follow-through and task completion.
• Willingness to pursue new or unproven ideas and the ability to learn and adapt in a rapidly changing environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate distributors and effectively engage with customers.
• Computer skills, including Microsoft Office, with a willingness to learn new programs.
