Overview

Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients following established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Assess patient needs, plan and implement care, and evaluate outcomes using critical thinking, professional judgment, and initiative.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines.
- Monitor patient status, administer medications and treatments per policy, and respond promptly to changes in condition.
- Document care accurately and maintain compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
- Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and other team members to ensure safe care transitions and appropriate discharge planning.

Requirements
- Active California RN license
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts in an inpatient telemetry setting
- Willingness to participate in travel assignment and credentialing process
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and clinical skills
- Eligibility to work in the United States and in Simi Valley, CA
