About the Role:

As a BCBA at New Patterns ABA - CT, you will:

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive behavioral interventions for individuals with ASD and related needs

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify target behaviors and develop goals aligned with each client's unique needs

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement

• Analyze data to evaluate treatment effectiveness and inform treatment adjustments

• Provide consultation and training to families, caregivers, and staff members to support skill generalization and maintenance

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized behavioral treatment plans
• Conduct behavioral assessments, including functional behavioral assessments (FBA) and preference assessments
• Analyze and interpret data to inform treatment decisions and monitor progress
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other stakeholders to ensure family-centered care
• Provide training and support to direct care staff on behavioral interventions and strategies
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a culture of collaboration and continuous learning

Requirements:

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field
• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) certification (or willingness to pursue)
• 0+ years of experience in ABA therapy or a related field
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
