Day to day, this role provides outstanding customer service, selects great quality merchandise from donations to stock the sales floor, and maintains a clean, organized, and safe work environment.The production specialist role is expected to:Sorts, inspects, and stocks donated goodsOptimizes the value of donationsMeets minimum Units Per Hour (UPH) and production effectiveness expectationsResponsible for exercising care in the performance of job tasks. Must follow Agency safety policies and procedures established within respective departments.
