Provide expert pharmacy services as a Long Term Care Pharmacist within a specialty pharmacy setting. This travel opportunity offers a 13+ week assignment in Waseca, MN, designed for professionals seeking a flexible work schedule with meaningful impact on patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Manage prescriptions and medication therapy for long term care patients
• Ensure compliance with federal and state pharmacy regulations
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and patients to optimize medication outcomes
• Administer immunizations and provide patient education as needed
• Monitor patient medication profiles and intervene to resolve issues

Schedule & Hours:

• Monday through Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
• Some weekend shifts required
• Approximately 20-30 hours per week

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• PharmD degree or equivalent pharmacy credentials
• Certification in Immunization Delivery preferred
• CPR Certification required
• Experience or certification in Medication Therapy Management (MTM) is a plus
• Previous long term care pharmacy experience highly desirable
