Job Title Product Manager, E‑Commerce Growth Overview The Product Manager, E‑Commerce Growth works out of Abbott’s Alameda, CA office in the Lingo division, focusing on creating a scalable DTC experience that drives customer‑first revenue growth. The role owns the intersection of customer journey, monetization, experimentation, and delivery to unlock e‑commerce growth. Responsibilities Own Ecommerce Growth Strategy & Constraints — Diagnose primary constraints across discovery, comprehension, conversion, trust, and retention. Translate customer behavior, qualitative insight, and performance data into clear hypotheses and growth ideas, balancing short‑term conversion gains with durable improvements. Build and Execute a Prioritized Growth Roadmap — Develop and maintain a growth‑focused roadmap aligned to conversion and revenue outcomes, identifying when incremental optimization suffices versus when larger experience changes are required. Drive End‑to‑End Experimentation & Delivery — Lead initiatives from problem framing to launch, define success metrics and experimentation plans, and capture learnings to refine strategy. Run an Agile Rhythm That Enables Growth — Own the agile operating cadence (planning, grooming, stand‑ups, retros), write user stories and acceptance criteria, and use sprints to evaluate trade‑offs and improve throughput. Shape the Site Experience as a Growth Lever — Treat UX, content, and information architecture as conversion drivers; define requirements that improve value articulation, decision‑making, and CRO outcomes, and provide visibility into performance and friction points. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred. 7+ years of professional experience, with 5+ in product management or closely related digital product roles. Proven experience driving growth for e‑commerce or revenue‑generating digital products. Track record of shipping product changes tied to conversion, revenue, or customer experience improvements. Preferred Qualifications MBA or advanced degree in business or a related field. Experience in health‑tech, wellness, or regulated consumer industries. Background at a high‑growth DTC or e‑commerce company (SeriesB+ or $25M+ revenue). Experience implementing or scaling SEO programs, including on‑page optimization, site structure, and content strategy. Experience with AEM, Strapi, CommerceTools, OneTrust, and Braze. Experience with e‑commerce webshop platforms, 3PL fulfillment partners, and payment processors. Expertise in orchestrating complex, multi‑phase release programs with interdependent deliverables. Proficiency in planning, prioritization, and communicating changes across stakeholders. Proven ability to optimize onsite conversion to drive revenue growth in e‑commerce environments.
