Utilize strong writing and original storytelling skills and organizational skills. Is encouraged to propose, produce, write, and present regional and national projects. Mentor reporters and student workers. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in journalism, broadcasting, communications, or related field and five years of news reporting experience as an enterprise or investigative journalist; equivalent education/experience considered. Experience originating, developing, writing, and producing in-depth and complex news content. Strong interpersonal, reporting and researching skills necessary. Familiarity with filing public records requests. Knowledge of news reporting, copywriting, editing, and current events. Demonstrated computer literacy.
