AsaSeniorProductDeveloper at Epicor, you will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and maintaining software products while contributing across all phases of the development lifecycle. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable solutions, improve development practices, and mentor fellow developers. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality software, driving technicalexcellence,andcontributingtocontinuousimprovementinitiatives.Weareseekingapplicantswithstrongtechnicalexpertise,analyticalproblem-solvingskills,andapassionforlearningnewtechnologiesandsharingknowledgewithothers.Whatyouwillbedoing:Design,develop,refactor,andtestnewandexistingapplicationsandframeworkcomponentstodeliverhigh-qualitysoftwaresolutions.Participateinarchitecture,designdiscussions,andcodereviewstoensurerobust,scalable,andmaintainableproductfunctionality.Mentorandsupportdevelopersthroughknowledgesharing,technicalguidance,training,andbestpracticeadoption.Develop,analyze,andmaintaintoolsthatautomateandsupporthardwareandsoftwareproductreleaseprocesses.Continuouslyimprovecodingstandards,developmentmethodologies,andengineeringpracticesacrosstheteam.Createaccurateworkestimates,proactivelymanagedeliverables,andconsistentlydeliverqualitysolutionsontime.Collaboratewithbusinessstakeholdersandtechnicalteamstoproviderecommendationsanddriveproductenhancements. Whatyouwilllikelybring:5+years’experienceinsoftwaredevelopment,withstrongproficiencyinC#,Microsoft.NETtechnologies,andapplicationdevelopmentbestpractices.Experienceapplyingshift-leftengineeringpractices,includingtestautomation,securecoding,codequalitymanagement,CI/CD,andearlydefectprevention.ExperiencedevelopingsolutionswithAzureAI,AzureOpenAI,GitHubCopilot,orsimilarAI-powereddevelopmentplatforms.Stronganalytical,troubleshooting,andcomplexproblem-solvingskills,withexceptionalattentiontodetail.ExperienceworkingwithenterprisebusinessapplicationssuchasERP,manufacturing,supplychain,distribution,orfinancialmanagementsoftware.Abilitytoquicklylearnnewtechnologies,businessdomains,andindustryconceptswhileadaptingtochangingpriorities.BachelorofSciencedegree,BachelorofArtsdegree,orequivalentprofessionalexperience.Whatcouldsetyouapart:Provenexperiencementoringdevelopersandfosteringtechnicalgrowthwithinengineeringteams.Passionforemergingtechnologies,continuouslearning,anddrivinginnovationthroughmoderndevelopmentpractices.#LI-DW #LI-HybridAbout Epicor At Epicor, we’re truly a team.
