HR Manager (Roswell; 100% In-Office)

Vaco Atlanta is working with an impressive company in Roswell, GA in their search for an HR Manager . This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity which requires 100% in-office work. Only candidates who live in the metropolitan Atlanta, Georgia, USA area will be considered since in-office work is required. Responsibilities Process bi-weekly payroll Administer & oversee benefits, compensation and leave programs Oversee personnel policies & procedures, updating the Employee Handbook as needed Maintain HR compliance on federal, state & local levels Implement strategies for recruiting, retention and succession planning in collaboration with leadership Oversee talent acquisition including job posting, sourcing, interviewing and onboarding Manage onboarding and offboarding of employees Work with managers on employee relations issues and provide training, as needed Identify areas of improvement and provide training Requirements Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Business or HR preferred HR Certification preferred Must have at least 5 years of HR management experience as an HR Generalist Experience in Paylocity is preferred Must have familiarity with employment law and compliance Preferred experience in small company setting Must be a team player with strong collaborative skills Must possess strong problem-solving skills Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
