Job Details Job Location: Anaheim-CL Branch - Anaheim, CA 92808Salary Range: $24.00 - $27.00 HourlyAbout The Role About The Role The Disclosure Specialist will follow written procedures to identify and accurately disclose/re-disclose any and all required disclosures within a compliant time frame for multiple loan types across all states. Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities The following job functions are not all-inclusive. The employee will be required to perform other job-related tasks/responsibilities as requested. Job duties may change as required by needs of the company. Commitment to and behavior modeling of the Company’s Core Values Observable display of a sense of urgency in the execution of duties Review incoming loan files for compliance and accuracy. Verify fees entered against settlement statement provided and information entered based on documentation provided (purchase contract, mortgage insurance, etc.). Identify and validate change of circumstances within allowable time frame. Disclose and re-disclose loans in accordance with state and regulatory rules. Communicate with loan team to obtain documentation/fees as applicable to creating disclosures Generate accurate disclosures within mandatory time frames; maintain company-defined quality and quantity standards. Assist with dispositioning of cancelled/denied applications. Perform other duties as assigned, including assisting other team members and management as needed. Regular on-site attendance Other duties as assigned Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Mortgage experience preferred Encompass experience preferred Ability to work in a fast paced fluid environment Proficient in Microsoft suite of products: Outlook, Word, Excel, etc. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal High level of integrity and confidentiality required High school diploma required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Effective business writing, time management and organizational skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated with an ability to work independently and in a team environment Strong organizational skills and ability to handle detailed assignments Ability to prioritize workload while meeting deadlines Ability to communicate in writing and verbally effectively Note This job description is meant to describe the general nature and level of work being performed; it is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties, and skills required for the position.
