As an executive recruiter, you are the face of TYGES to the candidates that you interact with. You execute our mission to make good things happen for other people as you help professionals achieve their career goals while simultaneously helping our clients achieve their business objectives. RESPONSIBILITIES/OBJECTIVES
Partner with an Account Manager and team lead to comprehend the specific hiring needs of our client.
Develop a search and communication strategy to target, source, and engage qualified candidates in a pipeline.
Demonstrate emotional and intellectual agility to accurately inform candidates and successfully navigate conversations.
Generate activity and maintain focus to achieve agreed upon metrics/objectives.
Utilize and leverage communication tools including TYGES CRM, social media, email, and phone calling to effectively drive activity.
EDUCATION AND SKILLS
Strong internet research skills
Fluent keyboard skills
Experience with Microsoft Office
Prior experience in customer service, sales, or communications preferred.
Background in manufacturing is a plus
