Systems Analyst (On-Site, Muscatine, IA.)Responsible for the design of secure and highly available compute platforms, servers, and networks. Either fully or partly designs, maintains, upgrades, and continuously improves the companies service environment depending on the service delivery model. Maintains ongoing reliability, performance and support of the infrastructure services.Focus on development, implementation, and management of overlapping Business Systems to best meet the needs and requests of production, safety, quality, and maintenance areas. Optimize technology capabilities to increase Manufacturing efficiencies, while aligning with Ruveon security, compliance, and governance standards. The Systems Analyst identifies organizational needs and translates those needs into requirements for a digital deliverable. The Systems Analyst configures off the shelf software or develops custom software to meet business requirements and creates methods to extract and analyze data from a variety of systems and applications using tools and technologies defined by company best practices.TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Design, implement, and support hybrid infrastructure environments spanning on-premises and cloud platformsParticipate in cloud migration initiatives and modernization efforts involving applications, databases, storage, and manufacturing systemsEvaluate and implement solutions leveraging Azure, Azure Local, virtualization platforms, and edge computing technologiesDevelop long-term infrastructure roadmaps that improve security, resiliency, scalability, and operational efficiencyIdentify opportunities to automate business and operational processes using AI, workflow automation, and low-code/no-code technologiesCollaborate with business stakeholders to transform manual processes into automated digital workflowsDesign, develop, and support AI-enabled solutions that improve process performance, decision making, and data accessibilityEvaluate emerging AI technologies and develop practical use cases aligned with business objectivesDevelop relationships within site Business Units and act as the primary contact within the IT Department and Business Units for support, maintenance, and problem management of systems within his/her area of responsibilityMay participate in cross-functional teams responsible for implementing business objectives using new or existing systemsUnderstanding and documenting processes, as well as act as project manager during the design, development (of end user tools), cost, testing, implementation, training, and communication of new systems and processesEnsure systems and solutions meet business requirements and drive user adoptionParticipate in system design reviews, capacity planning, and technology evaluationsDevelop and lead lifecycle management strategies for systems in his/her area of responsibilityProvide documentation, quality assurance, and ensure adequate internal controls related to systems and processes within his/her area of responsibilityDevelop and maintain technical documentation, standards, and architectural diagramsSupport development and continuous improvement through participation in site and corporate initiatives and committees (includes Six Sigma / LEAN)Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field, or High School Diploma/GED with 7 years of related technical experience. Experience with modern software development practices and languages such as C#, .NET, Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, or similar technologiesExperience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft AzureExperience designing integrations using APIs, middleware, and messaging technologiesExperience with AI, workflow automation, analytics, and business intelligence platformsExperience developing, integrating, and supporting business applications, data platforms, and workflow automation solutions utilizing modern software development practicesExperience with supporting Windows and Linux Server environments, virtualization platforms, storage systems, and application infrastructureMicrosoft Visual Studio / .NET programmingKnowledge or experience in some form of software programming (C, C#, VB, Java, etc.)Preferred Qualifications:Knowledge of manufacturing technologies including PLCs, DCS, SCADA, MES, data historians, or industrial data systemsFamiliarity with virtualization, server administration, networking concepts, and infrastructure architectureWriting and optimizing SQL queries or stored procedures/packagesExperience creating Microsoft SharePoint, Power Automate, or Power Apps solutionsWorking knowledge of middleware solutions and data warehousingExperience developing or configuring workflow enabled applicationsExperience in manufacturing environmentPosting will be available until October 2, 2026Position eligible for domestic relocation assistancePosition will be located at the Muscatine, IA facilityEmployees can expect to be paid a salary between $ 90,480.00 - $135,720.00per year. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant).
