Key Responsibilities Lead complex accounting activities and support financial reporting, compliance, and process improvement initiatives. Provide technical accounting expertise, mentor junior accountants, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls. Support management through financial analysis, reporting, and participation in strategic accounting and operational initiatives. Key Deliverables of the Position Accurate and compliant monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting. Successful management of complex reconciliations and specialized accounting activities. Effective implementation and maintenance of internal controls and accounting procedures. Reliable financial analysis and reporting support for management decision‑making. Timely and accurate audit support and compliance documentation. Improved accounting processes, controls, and operational efficiency. Technical guidance and mentoring support for accounting staff. Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related discipline required. 4–6 years of accounting experience. Advanced knowledge of GAAP and internal controls. CPA license preferred or equivalent certification. Strong analytical, leadership, and problem‑solving skills. Works under minimal supervision. Technical Competencies Advanced financial reporting and accounting analysis. Complex reconciliations and specialized accounting areas. GAAP compliance and internal control management.
