Office Assistant

Precisionmatics is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Assistant to join our aerospace office team!

Pay Rate Range: $18.25 - $20.40/hour Depending on Experience

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors and clients with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Manage multi-phone systems, directing calls efficiently and courteously using proper phone etiquette.
• Handle data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office and Epicor ERP software system.
• Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, for easy retrieval of documents.
• Support calendar management and appointment scheduling for staff and executives.
• Assist other customer service and management with any office requirements.
• Provide clerical support such as excel spreadsheet entry and proofreading documents, preparing reports, and managing correspondence with customers and suppliers.
• Coordinate office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to keep the workspace well-stocked.
• Offer exceptional customer support by addressing order inquiries promptly and professionally.

Requirements

Experience, Skills and Abilities:

• Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools.
• Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-phone systems.
• Strong typing skills with high accuracy, attention to detail is essential for proofreading and data entry tasks.
• Prior office experience in clerical or customer service roles preferred.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines.
• Must have strong work ethic and attention to detail and be self motivated. 

Education & Knowledge:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
