Duties Own and operate core financial functions within the business (e.g., accounts receivable, accounts payable, department expense management) Prepare quarterly board presentations and investor materials, reporting on SaaS metrics and company-wide focus areas Create sales collateral and strategy materials that can be leveraged for sales enablement efforts Lead end-to-end planning and execution of offsites and team events Partner with legal to manage regulatory compliance programs Scale the talent function from ad hoc hiring to a structured, systems-driven recruiting engine Lead full-cycle technical recruiting (outbound, inbound, agency coordination) Lead planning of events with other tech startups in NYC to attract top talent into the business Role Requirements Education Required: Bachelor or foreign equivalent in Economics or related fields Experience Required: 2 years' experience in job offered or related occupations (e.g. Senior Associate/Analyst) Special Requirements: Must have at least 1 year of prior work experience in each of the following: Preparing board presentations and/or investor materials, reporting on metrics and focus areas Helping build and evolve financial operations across areas of the business Developing go-to-market strategy for B2B technology or AI-driven products Conducting voice of customer research and market demand analysis to inform growth strategy for technology companies Building and scaling systems or functions for an organization (e.g., talent, finance, operations) Conducting interviews across stakeholder groups of technical and non-technical backgrounds Compensation & Benefits Top of the line health, dental and vision insurance, with 100% premium covered 401k matching Free lunch in office Monthly team dinner for each office #J-18808-Ljbffr Harmonic
