Event Coordinator (Sales Team)

The Bizarre Agency is looking for a Junior Event Assistant (Sales Team) to join our growing team in Miami, FL. This is a full-time, entry-level position with full on-site training provided, making it an excellent opportunity for recent graduates, career changers, or anyone looking to gain hands‑on experience in brand promotions, customer engagement, sales, and marketing. Key Responsibilities Represent client brands professionally at live events, retail locations, shopping centers, and promotional activations. Engage with customers to build brand awareness and create positive customer experiences. Present products, services, and promotional campaigns clearly and confidently. Answer customer questions and provide accurate information about client campaigns. Assist with customer registrations, sign-ups, or sales where appropriate. Support promotional events and product launches. Gather customer feedback and campaign insights. Record daily campaign activity and results accurately. Work collaboratively with team members to support campaign objectives. What We’re Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A friendly, energetic, and customer-focused attitude. Confidence interacting with new people in face‑to‑face environments. Ability to remain professional in a fast‑paced setting. Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, promotions, sales, or events is an advantage but not required. High school diploma required.
