Beaverton Kia is growing fast, and we’re looking for a motivated Express Service Advisor to join our high-performing service team. Our busy service drive sees over 70 vehicles daily, and we sell more than 225 vehicles each month — which means plenty of opportunity and action for the right candidate.

At Beaverton Kia, our Express Service Advisors are the face of our service experience and play an important role in helping customers keep their vehicles safe and reliable. You’ll be the primary point of contact for our guests, connecting customers and technicians while coordinating service and maintenance from start to finish.

You’ll listen carefully to customer concerns, help identify their service needs, explain recommended maintenance and repairs, and keep everyone informed along the way. Just as importantly, you’ll set clear expectations, communicate updates, and make sure our guests feel confident and cared for throughout their visit.

We know that bringing a vehicle in for service isn’t always how someone wants to spend their day. That’s why we strive to make every visit as easy, comfortable, and efficient as possible. Our goal is simple: deliver an outstanding customer experience, get the job done right the first time, and get our guests safely back on the road as quickly as possible.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• CDK experience is a huge plus, and will put you in first position for interviews
• Excellent communication skills with a customer focus and friendly, helpful attitude
• Patience, empathy, conscientiousness, commercial awareness and a desire and willingness to learn
• A smile on your face and in your voice at all times
• Flexible schedule to cover dealership hours, including Saturdays (four day work weeks)
• Chosen candidates will pass background and drug screening

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Build customer relationships through a proper meet-and-greet
• Train the customer on proper maintenance using maintenance menus (reliability)
• Complete a thorough vehicle health check by doing a 27-point inspection (safety)
• Communicate effectively with the customer by giving feature/benefit presentations
• Let the customer decide, yes or no
• Follow up on customer-declined repairs
• Hold everyone accountable to the mission
