Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal: Fast-Paced Caseload

Requirements: Associate degree in Paralegal Studies or 3–5 years of relevant litigation experience Familiarity with state and federal court procedures and e-filing systems Strong organization, attention to detail, accuracy in data entry and documentation Preferred: 2+ years of personal injury or litigation experience preferred Experience supporting cases through litigation, including filings and trial preparation Job Overview: The Litigation Paralegal partners closely with attorneys to manage personal injury cases from start to finish. This role is responsible for handling a high-volume caseload, maintaining client and stakeholder communication, drafting legal documents, and coordinating filings in state and federal courts. Day-to-day work includes organizing case files, reviewing and summarizing medical and billing records, managing deadlines and calendars, and supporting all phases of trial preparation. This is a hands‑on role that plays a key part in keeping cases organized, compliant, and moving forward efficiently. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of personal injury litigation experience, are highly organized, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment managing multiple priorities.
