Your Responsibilities

• Performing thorough patient assessments, ordering necessary diagnostics, and devising personalized care plans
• Diagnosing and managing acute and chronic health issues in collaboration with physicians or independently, depending on your credentials

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Necessary Certifications

• Valid Nurse Practitioner licensure in Wisconsin
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or equivalent certification
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
