Superintendent

Due to growth we are looking to add a Superintendent to our Midland Team. Responsibilities Lead full-site execution and oversee all subcontractor and vendor coordination across trades. Drive safety culture through audits, inspections, and proactive risk mitigation; ensure compliance with all safety documentation. Manage project closeout in full alignment with contract documents and operational standards. Review and analyze weekly labor reports and monthly job cost reports; implement corrective actions to maintain budget. Mitigate subcontractor change orders and back‑charges, document impacts to profitability. Lead development and updates of CPM schedules, including baseline, monthly updates, narratives, and delay fragments. Mentor and develop field engineers and assistant superintendents, onboard new personnel and foster leadership growth. Ensure compliance with all jobsite reporting requirements, including daily reports, SOS entries, weekly unit reports, two‑week look‑ahead, and monthly schedule updates. Represent the company in client meetings, inspections, and high‑stakes field decisions. Resolve complex field challenges with strategic thinking and calm leadership. Champion continuous improvement and operational excellence across field teams. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Skills and Qualifications B.A. or B.S. in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience in the construction industry.
