Our two boys, ages 8 and 6, are energetic, independent, and involved in school, sports, outdoor play, and neighborhood activities. Life in our home is full in the best way — hockey practices, gymnastics, bike rides, family dinners, and busy work schedules all happening at once. We value healthy living, kindness, simplicity, and creating a calm, organized home where everyone can enjoy life a little more.Both parents work full-time in demanding yet flexible careers that occasionally require travel. We already have a strong support system in place, including nearby family and household vendors for cleaning, lawn care, and snow removal, but we've realized that having the right additional support at home would give our family more breathing room and allow us to be more present with our kids and personal interests outside of work.Our home is warm, informal, and relationship-driven, and we're looking for someone who can naturally become part of the rhythm of our household.
