Housing Case Manager

The Salvation Army USA Central Territory

The Salvation Army Northern Division Harbor Light Center in Minneapolis is seeking a Case Manager to provide individualized, strength-based case management for adults pursuing housing, employment, and self-sufficiency. You will maintain participant records, recruit eligible participants, promote social services, and support community outreach while collaborating with local partners; this is a full-time, on-site role at 1010 Currie Avenue. #J-18808-Ljbffr
