These positions will support major transportation and public infrastructure programs alongside engineering, construction management, and project delivery teams.We anticipate multiple openings over the coming months and are seeking highly organized professionals who thrive in fast-paced project environments and are passionate about delivering accurate, compliant, and efficient document management.Position SummaryThe Risk Cost Analyst position sits within the Project Controls and Project Financial office. This role provides analytical and administrative support to the risk and cost management functions of the Program. The Risk Cost Analyst assists in collecting data, performing risk and cost analyses, preparing reports, and maintaining documentation to ensure effective monitoring and management of risks and associated costs.Key Responsibilities• Assist in gathering data for risk and cost assessments across project processes• Support the monitoring of project cost drivers, market factors, and external conditions that may affect budgets and risk exposure• Perform preliminary analyses using established qualitative and quantitative methods, including cost modeling and scenario analysis• Assist in integrating risk findings into cost estimates, forecasts, and contingency planning efforts• Support the development and tracking of risk mitigation strategies in collaboration with project controls, estimating, and scheduling teams• Prepare draft reports, presentations, and summaries for review by senior risk and cost analysts• Maintain organized and up-to-date records of risk registers, cost assessments, and supporting documentation• Provide general administrative and analytical support to ensure consistency and accuracy in the risk and cost management processesQualificationsRequired• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field plus 3-5 years of experience in risk, cost, or project support roles• Familiarity with risk management and cost analysis concepts• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and follow established proceduresPreferred• Experience supporting large-scale projects or infrastructure programs• Familiarity with risk and cost management tools (e.g., Excel, @Risk, Primavera Risk Analysis)• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlinesLocation RequirementsCandidates should:Candidates should be local to the area.Why Join This Opportunity?Work on some of California's most impactful infrastructure projects.Collaborate with industry-leading engineering and construction professionals.Support projects that improve transportation, mobility, and public infrastructure.Join an organization committed to operational excellence and continuous improvement.Advance your career within a dynamic, collaborative project environment.Why Noble Hearts HR Consulting & Staffing?At Noble Hearts HR Consulting & Staffing, we connect exceptional professionals with organizations shaping the future of infrastructure, engineering, and construction.
