This role provides analytical and administrative support to the risk and cost management functions of the Program. The Risk Cost Analyst assists in collecting data, performing risk and cost analyses, preparing reports, and maintaining documentation to ensure effective monitoring and management of risks and associated costs.Position ResponsibilitiesAssist in gathering data for risk and cost assessments across project processesSupport the monitoring of project cost drivers, market factors, and external conditions that may affect budgets and risk exposurePerform preliminary analyses using established qualitative and quantitative methods, including cost modeling and scenario analysisAssist in integrating risk findings into cost estimates, forecasts, and contingency planning effortsSupport the development and tracking of risk mitigation strategies in collaboration with project controls, estimating, and scheduling teamsPrepare draft reports, presentations, and summaries for review by senior risk and cost analystsMaintain organized and up-to-date records of risk registers, cost assessments, and supporting documentationProvide general administrative and analytical support to ensure consistency and accuracy in the risk and cost management processesOther duties as assignedBasic Job RequirementsAccredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and six (6) years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to ten (10) years if non-degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner Other Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field3 or more years of experience in risk, cost, or project support roles out of the 6 years or more of related experienceFamiliarity with risk management and cost analysis conceptsStrong organizational, communication, and analytical skillsAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and follow established proceduresPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting large-scale projects or infrastructure programsFamiliarity with risk and cost management tools (e.g., Excel, @Risk, Primavera Risk Analysis)Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines#LI-SI1We are an equal opportunity employer.
