Recruiting Coordinator

Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator/Recruitment Coordinator/TA Coordinator/Talent Acquisition Coordinator Location: Houston, TX 77002 Duration: 06 months Job Description Top Must-Have Skill sets: Experience with ATS/CRM systems, interviewing, evaluating candidates, attention to detail, high volume recruiting. This role will be primarily reviewing a large volume of pre-recorded interviews a day, it will be monotonous. Selected candidate must be able to calibrate with our hiring rubrics and guidelines. This position supports a variety of administrative, recruiting and project support to the Talent Acquisition team. This individual can be assigned to support corporate or operational recruiting teams and divisions. Supports sourcing and selection processing activities, including: Collecting, entering, and maintaining new hire data. Scheduling pre-placement testing/assessment dates and interviews. Collecting, validating, and processing employment-related information for new hires (excludes benefit or payroll processing); activities may include record setup, I-9 processing, license verification, criminal background checks, medical clearance review, fingerprinting, and validation of documentation Knowledge / Skills Familiarity with staffing, recruiting and operations practices, programs and plans required Familiarity with employment laws and regulations required Demonstrated good judgment and confidentiality required? Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong emphasis on customer service required Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced, highly team-oriented environment required Excellent time management, follow-through and organizational skills required Ability to handle multiple priorities with a high degree of accuracy required Intermediate to advanced computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet Explorer and databases required.
