College experience in accounting is highly desirable Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities: Assign incoming in-state and out-of-state titles to the appropriate store. Apply for dealer titles. Log and file incoming titles in the appropriate location or with the corresponding deal jacket. Ensure all incoming titles comply with applicable title regulations and documentation requirements. Open, sort, and log all incoming mail. Mail title work to the appropriate recipient. Assist with other duties as assigned. Follow scheduled work hours as directed by your manager.
