HR Intern

Lockwood is seeking an HR Intern! This is a great opportunity for college students interested in gaining experience in the Human Resources field! This position will be based in-office at our headquarters in Stamford, CT. About Lockwood : Lockwood collaborates with clients in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device industries to identify effective, holistic, science-based strategies to address their objectives through medical communications. Summary: The purpose of this internship is to provide students the opportunity to explore interests in human resources. Responsibilities Work with HR on projects like: Onboarding Training Recruiting Performance Reviews & Peer Reviews HRIS systems Process development Committee Projects Assist HR team on a variety of special projects Qualifications Current College junior or senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook Accuracy and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as a team member Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize Duration This position is available full or part time starting in the Summer. Schedule is determined prior to start date. The student is responsible for ensuring this internship meets the criteria of their degree, if necessary.
