This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated, rural focused Family Medicine Physician (OB optional) to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.

Productivity incentives: RVU/Quality

Commencement Bonus $25,000

CME allowance $3000 + 40 hours dedicated CME time (based on FTE status)

Call structure: Own call during the week, Hospital call: Adult PRN, Peds 1:3 weekends

Practice setting: Outpatient

Employed position within a nonprofit health system

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine

Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration

Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered medical services, upholding the highest safety standards to achieve superior health outcomes for every individual.

Conduct expert clinical assessments and thorough physical examinations to ensure rapid, accurate diagnosis and the foundation for effective treatment plans.

Mentor and guide the next generation of clinicians by teaching medical students and residents, contributing to a culture of continuous clinical excellence.

Perform minor in-office procedures, such as punch biopsies and lesion removal, to provide comprehensive and streamlined care within the practice setting.

What minimum requirements you'll need

• Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
