Job Description

• Create Tailored Therapy Programs: Assess individual patient needs and craft specific treatment plans aimed at achieving their rehabilitation goals.
• Deliver Informed Interventions: Apply evidence-based methods to support patients' motor abilities, cognitive functions, and daily activities.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work harmoniously alongside OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to guarantee well-rounded, inclusive patient care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Arm patients and their families with knowledge of therapy techniques to facilitate continued improvement at home.
• Evaluate and Track Progress: Monitor patient advancements and adjust treatment protocols as necessary to keep everyone on track toward their goals.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Ongoing education and post-graduate certifications are encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
