Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Department (ED) | Contract Location: Neptune, NJ 07754 Department: Emergency Department (ED) Travel pay: Up to $2,488.00 weekly gross Contract Duration: 08/10/2026 – 11/07/2026 (Possible Extension) Shift: Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM | 3 x 12-hour shifts/week Schedule Requirements Every Other Weekend Required Holidays Required No On-Call No Float Requirement Scrub Color: Navy Position Overview Our Emergency Department (ED) Registered Nurses provide specialized, high-quality care to patients of all ages in a fast-paced emergency setting. The ideal candidate will have recent ED experience, strong emergency medicine knowledge, and the ability to rapidly assess, prioritize, and manage patients with a wide range of traumatic, medical, and behavioral health emergencies. Required Skills & Experience Minimum 18 months of Registered Nurse experience in an Emergency Department. Recent ED experience within the past six months is required. Strong proficiency in Emergency Medicine . Demonstrated clinical competency and professional nursing practice. Ability to formulate effective nursing care plans. Excellent assessment, analytical, and critical thinking skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Education Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) required. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Required Certifications & Licensure Active New Jersey Registered Nurse License or Multi-State Compact RN License

ACLS PALS Telemetry Certification CEU Contact Stroke – 4 Hours Key Responsibilities Perform rapid patient assessments and prioritize care based on acuity. Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care to patients with medical, surgical, and traumatic emergencies. Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans. Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions. Monitor patient conditions and respond quickly to changes in status. Collaborate effectively with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team. Communicate clearly with patients, families, and hospital staff. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Demonstrate sound clinical judgment and critical thinking in emergency situations.
