Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications:

• RN with a minimum of 2 years recent experience in Stepdown or Progressive Care Unit (PCU) settings
• Active ACLS and BLS certifications
• Experience managing patients with sepsis, heart failure, hypertensive crisis, respiratory issues, and complex comorbidities

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to adults in the medical stepdown unit
• Assess, monitor, and document patient status, responding rapidly to changes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver individualized care plans
• Administer medications, interventions, and support patient and family education
