Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand clients' emotional and psychological needs. Develop tailored treatment plans that align with clients' goals, facilitating informed progress toward mental wellness. Provide empathetic individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities. Maintain meticulously detailed and confidential client records, ensuring accurate documentation of therapeutic progress and communication. Work closely with fellow healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure holistic and coordinated care. Keep abreast of the latest developments in mental health and counseling practices through continuous professional development and training opportunities. Engage in regular staff meetings to contribute to team dynamics and share insights on improving client outcomes. Qualifications A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution. Valid LPC licensure in the state of Arizona with a track record of ethical practice. Demonstrated experience providing outpatient counseling services in a clinical setting. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to establish strong therapeutic relationships and manage client caseloads effectively. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, fostering open communication for improved patient care. Compensation and Benefits The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
