Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs, develop accurate clinical diagnoses, and create individualized treatment plans. Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based practices tailored specifically to the unique circumstances and goals of each client. Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring rapid response and appropriate care measures are taken. Maintain meticulous client records, encompassing treatment plans, progress documentation, and assessment findings, in adherence to ethical and legal standards of practice. Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive, client-centered care. Educate clients and their family members about mental health issues, treatment modalities, and community resources, advocating for clients’ rights and access to care as needed. Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices and methodologies in mental health therapy through workshops, seminars, and training. Patient Population / Client Focus You will work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Our client base encompasses individuals of various ages, backgrounds, and socioeconomic statuses, emphasizing the importance of culturally competent care. Qualifications Current license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) in Arizona. A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field. A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills paired with strong interpersonal abilities. Preferred Experience Prior experience in a telehealth setting is a plus, but not mandatory. Background in crisis intervention or community mental health services is highly valued. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and teletherapy platforms. Compensation and Benefits The salary range for this position is competitively set between USD 85,000 and USD 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
