Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Part-Time Sunrise Post Acute Pay Range: $60.00-$65.00 per hour, DOE Sunrise Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team on a part‑time basis. In this role, you will help residents improve communication, cognition, swallowing, and overall quality of life through individualized treatment programs. If you are passionate about patient‑centered care and enjoy working as part of a collaborative interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on resident needs and goals. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Provide education and training to residents, families, and staff as needed. Participate in care conferences and interdisciplinary team meetings. Qualifications Current California Speech‑Language Pathologist license required. Master's Degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC‑SLP) preferred. Experience in a skilled nursing facility or post‑acute setting is preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team‑oriented environment.
