Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire your team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Train and mentor housekeeping staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
• Inspect guest rooms and common areas regularly to ensure they meet our quality and safety standards.
• Manage inventory levels, ensuring all cleaning supplies and equipment are well-stocked and maintained.
• Collaborate with management to address guest feedback and implement service enhancements.
• Develop and maintain cleaning schedules that optimize staff productivity and resource allocation.

Qualifications:

• Prior hotel housekeeping experience required
• Prior lead or supervisory experience
• Marriott experience ideal but not required
