Summary
As a Senior Tax Accountant at RL Jennings & Associates, PC CPAs, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality tax services to our diverse clientele. This role is vital to our mission of providing exceptional accounting solutions while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review complex tax returns for individuals, businesses, trusts, and estates.
- Conduct thorough audits to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Perform general ledger reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
- Interpret financial reports and provide insights to clients regarding their tax positions.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to advise clients effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Assist in the training and development of junior staff members.
- Support the consulting division with forensic accounting as needed.
