The College Now program at the Borough of Manhattan Community College (CN) seeks a visionary Assistant Director for Dual Enrollment (DE) to provide strategic oversight and leadership for dual enrollment programs in secondary schools. Under the Director's guidance, the Assistant Director for Dual Enrollment (DE) will oversee an assigned portfolio of dual enrollment and early college high school programs within K16. The Specialist will create, grow, and support schools committed to early college programs and college readiness outcomes for traditionally underrepresented students in higher education. The Assistant Director for Dual Enrollment will work with the Director to monitor budgets and manage financial resources. Utilizing data analysis, the Assistant Director will monitor and evaluate program outcomes and drive continuous improvement. Reporting to the Director of College Now, the Assistant Director for Dual Enrollment responsibilities are as follows: Oversight and management of an assigned portfolio of dual enrollment programs within K16 Initiatives, including budgeting, strategy and planning, and staff support. Develop and maintain relationships with program partners, including New York City Public Schools (NYCPS) and CUNY campuses, in partnership with College Now and K16 Initiatives senior leadership. Ensure programmatic excellence by monitoring and evaluating student achievement, staff performance, financial resource management, and enrollment/participation patterns across all programs. Oversight Oversee coordination of high school-college partnerships for Dual Enrollment/CUNY Early College schools, including coordination of Campus Liaisons; Maintain dual enrollment/early college program databases inclusive of CUNY 1st: related duties include accurate data input; on-time submission of standardized, scheduled reports; on-demand generation of reports on some categories of current operations data; and continuous analysis of program data systems for the purpose of continuous improvement of systems design. Coordinate student application/recruitment process and follow up with high schools and students to ensure enrollment. Engage with students, parents, schools, and professors as needed Perform standard Office functions: covers phones, answers emails to the program inbox; orders supplies; maintains files, etc. May supervise office operations related to and/or department budget related to job duties under the leadership of the program director. QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of relevant experience required. Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in a relevant field preferred Expertise in program management Experience in managing high-performing teams and programs through changing circumstances Proficiency in group facilitation, strong written and verbal communication skills, and a high level of creative problem-solving Experience working collaboratively and cooperatively with a diverse community of staff, partners, and external constituents. Experience in data collection and analysis to support effective program operations and evaluation. Proficiency in Google and Microsoft suite of programs and general digital litera Experience with NYC public schools, either as an attendee or in a professional capacity. Management experience in programs that encourage innovation, pedagogical coherence, and curriculum alignment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Ability to use data and research findings for program and staff development purposes. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, demanding, and complex work environment, with the ability to carry out complex assignments and adapt to changing situations and priorities. Strong budget management ability. Demonstrated knowledge of curriculum development at the high school, college transition, and/or adult learning levels. A demonstrated understanding of various school programming models, especially in Career and Technical Education (CTE) or Early College High Schools, and knowledge of NYCPS course credit policies and procedures. Physical Requirements: This is an in-person position. Saturdays will be scheduled workdays during the Fall and Spring semesters. While performing these duties, the employee is required to engage in physical activities such as, but not limited to, lifting items (up to 25 pounds), bending, reaching, and sitting for prolonged periods. Salary range is $77,097-$89,777; Salary commensurate with education and experience.
