We are looking for an energetic and motivated General Manager for one of our busy limited-service hotels in Anchorage, Alaska. This individual will possess a track record of management success and will have the opportunity to lead our staff and provide our customers with the finest service. Key Responsibilities Interview, hire, train, and coach all staff members. Task assignment and counseling. Lead and inspire the team to achieve company goals. Ensure outstanding guest service and repeat business. Qualifications At least 5 years of hospitality management experience. Current resident of Alaska. Proven leadership and communication skills.
