Responsibilities Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting by sanding, masking, and priming. Mix and apply paint, ensuring high-quality finishes in line with company standards. Operate spray guns and other painting equipment safely and effectively. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Collaborate with the body shop team to ensure timely and accurate completion of work orders. Requirements Previous experience as a Body Shop Paint Technician or similar role preferred. Strong knowledge of automotive paint mixing and application techniques. Ability to work with attention to detail and meet quality standards. Reliable, punctual, and able to work weekdays without weekend shifts.
